- By joining, a member forms a contract with the IMF under which the IMF provides a range of services (precise services provided from time to time at its discretion) and the member pays a membership fee and agrees to the terms and conditions set out below:
Terms and conditions
- Any applicant who provides fraudulent or otherwise incorrect information will be subject to appropriate action.
- Any member who is removed from the register of their Regulatory Body on account of misconduct will have their membership of IMF revoked.
- All members are required to take out insurance to cover their professional work.
- Members have access through this website to limited details about other members. However, a member may use details about other members only for contacting them in connection with referrals or professional debate; and may not sell or otherwise pass or transfer any details of other members to a third party.
- Members' contributions to this website, for example on the Members' Forum, should not include any offensive or illegal comments and should remain in good taste.
