The future is ours

It is time to embrace diversity, equality and inclusion and live every day with this as our  reality.  We need to practice, not study,  diversity, equality and inclusion.

For too long we have studied these concepts. The time has come for us to  practice them and own them. 

Genuine diversity, equality and inclusion does not need to be explained. It does not need a special department to monitor it.  It does not need a paragraph at the end of an organisation's annual report, stressing how important it is. It should happen naturally as part of everyday life. 

IMF embraces this.
